摘要
The graphical user interface (GUI) system forms the very core of any supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. THe efficiency of a GUI system can easily determine the productivity of operations of any energy management system (EMS). Over the last couple of years, the entire concept of GUI systems has changed probably more than any other aspect in a SCADA/EMS system. The article enumerates the major parameters that should be evaluated at the very beginning of a SCADA/EMS project to choose the most efficient GUI product.
