摘要
In our pilot effort to integrate technology meaningfully into the three strands of pre-service teacher education (core courses, education courses, and K-12 field experiences), Links to the Future, a PT3 project in a small, private college, prioritized the issue of educational equity. This paper describes the first efforts of three faculty members to meet the goals of the project, the barriers they encountered, and their strategies for coping with or overcoming the barriers. We found that faculty and student attributes related to project success were flexibility, enthusiasm, and creativity. The lessons learned fromthe pilot project served as a guide as we worked to systematically integrate technology into all aspects of the teacher education program. (C) 2006 by The Haworth Press, Inc.
