摘要：
Determination of the liquidus in the In(2)Te(3)-Hg(3)Te(3) system using thermal analysis techniques has been made. The tentative form of the solid state boundaries is given showing ordered region centred at 37. 5% In(2)Te(3) composition with a maximum stable temperature of 445 degrees C.
