摘要:
Solid Solutions La0.75EA0.25Mn(1-x)Ti(x)O3 with O less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.6 and La0.75EA0.25Mn(1-x)RuxO3 with O less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.8 have been synthesized and characterized by magnetic (SQUID) and conductivity measurements (DC four-probe-technique). The purity of the samples obtained was verified by X-ray techniques and EDX-analysis. Most mixed crystals exhibit semiconductivity. Highest conductivity that is at the same time metallic in character occurs in the vicinity of La0.75Sr0.25 MnO3 and La0.75Ba0.25MnO3.
