摘要：

The necessity and possibility of the development of the basic concepts of qualimetry, including assessment objects, quality, property, and quality management, are justified. The author offers specified def-initions of these concepts. The quality and property concepts are considered and defined in applied and philosophical interpretations. It is proposed that one reject the integral quality concept that is used at present.
