摘要：

The synthesis between the academy and a particular social reality is an intellectual effort that exposes the author from the different research on modernization and modernity, poverty and exclusion, economic and armed conflict, together with the opportunity to design and implement social policies. The logical construction in the investigation and the method of exposure are two different areas in the study of a discipline such as economics, therefore, are fundamental conceptual values in decision-making processes and politics.
