摘要
In this part, new findings concerning the real data of the content of aromatic alcohols in Czech beers are summarized. The content of aromatic alcohols in draught, lager and non alcoholic beers was studied. In the case of non alcoholic beers, the first information concerning the influence of technological process on the changes of the content of these sensory active compounds was acquired.
