摘要：
The present article deals with the legal regime of natural resources as an object of civil law relations, identification of subjects of property rights of natural resources in the framework of the present system of subjects of civil law. The article analyses provisions of modern legislation and the draft concept of reforming of civil legislature on the legal status of natural recourses. The author suggests changes in present legislation on natural resources.
