摘要
The hassle around this work was about the decolonization process implemented by the Plurinational State Boliviano and on the strategies adopted by Chiquitano indigenous organizations, especially the Indigenous Central of Originating Communities Lomerio (CICOL - Bolivia), to consolidate their autonomy and thus the indigenous people would be articulating this autonomy in the institutional scope.
