摘要
The aim of this work was to prepare microcrystalline and amorphous Co1-xCr(x) (0.18 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.50) thin films by the flash-evaporation technique. The influence of the Cr concentration on the crystallographic structure, magnetic domain structure Hall effect and hysteresis loops was studied. The magnetic domain structure was investigated by Lorentz transmission electron microscopy.
