摘要
In this article we demonstrate the immunocytochemical localization of nitric oxide synthase in non-synaptosomal rat brain mitochondria and rat liver mitochondria, using a monoclonal antibody directed against the endothelial form of nitric oxide synthase. The possibility that nitric oxide synthase located in mitochondria is involved in the regulation of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation is discussed, (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
