摘要
In this report FTIR spectra of cells and bacteria, and related recent work are reviewed and presented. The data may be used for diagnostic purposes and for probing nuclei, membranes and proteins. The monitoring of environmental samples is linked to characteristic bands and band ratios of well-defined absorption bands.
