MAGNETIC-INTERACTIONS OF H AND D-NUCLEI IN K2CUCL4.2H2O AND ISOMORPHOUS COMPOUNDS

摘要
Nuclear magnetic resonance techniques have been used to determine the magnetic interactions of the H and D nuclei in six isomorphous ferromagnetic compounds with the K2CuCl4.2H2O structure. From the -isotropic-magnetic hyperfine interaction the 1s spin density has been deduced. The value is f1s = 0.0033 for K2CuCl4.2H2O increasing slightly towards heavier alkali ions in the compounds. The D spin densities are found to be about equal to the corresponding H spin densities. From the observed nuclear dipolar interaction the distance between neighbouring water molecules has been determined. © 1979.
