摘要
Results of three-dimensional digital modeling of oil spills as the basis of development of proposals for equipping industrial sites with protecting constructions are represented in the article. Location of contours of the oil spill on the territory is obtained by the module "Oil spill (land)" based on ArcGIS software, which is enable to simulate the oil spill taking into account the terrain. Volume of the oil spills, which can impact on the environment in the result of destruction of a facility, was counted in view of specifications of the facility, technical operations executing on it, and properties of hazardous substances. For probabilistic analysis and for impact assessment of possible accidents, TOXI+Risk software was used.
