摘要
This paper discusses some technological and economic aspects of chemical cleaning of heat exchangers in petroleum refineries as well as in petrochemical and chemical plants. On-Stream cleaning process has never been more important than it is today. Increasing energy costs have forced a closer look at ways to reduce energy consumption of on-stream process equipment. Here is a viable way to reduce energy consumption. Recommendations for cleaning procedure are detailed.
