摘要
Nodal segments of female A. kolomikta shoots were cultured on Murashige and Skoog modified medium with different growth regulator concentrations. The highest multiplication rate (9.5) was achieved on a medium with 10 mu M benzyladenine and 0.1 mu M indolebutyric acid. Over 90% of shoots rooted in vivo after pulse stimulation with indolebutyric acid.
