摘要：

We have determined the relative proper motions and radial velocities of stars in the old open cluster NGC 6939 (log t = 9.62), which is located 1250 pc from the sun. Three criteria were used to select probable members of the cluster. The relative proper motion and radial velocity of the cluster were found: mu-x = -0.0012"/yr, mu-y = -0.0011"/yr, and V(r) = -19.3 km/sec.
