摘要
Defect elevation in cases of acute reverse Hill-Sachs lesions is an appropriate treatment for instability after posterior dislocation of the shoulder without associated soft tissue lesions. It is possible to do this operation in a minimally invasive procedure. The arthroscopy-assisted technique is controlled by x-ray imaging and is a gentle and reproducible operation for reconstruction of the humeral head. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
