摘要
The effect of copper inform of copper sulphate (CuSO4 × 5 H2O) was studied in the bone marrow cells of rats of Wistar strain in an in vitro culture. Evident differences between tissue cultures of the bone marrow cells were observed between the control and experimental groups. In the experimental group, the CFU-F colonies appeared as early as in 3rd day while in the control group in 5th day. Loosely arranged fibroblasts, macrophages and adipocytes also showed quantitative differences between groups. An increase in mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) was also found in peripheral blood of experimental animals. © 1990, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
