摘要
In tokamaks, the equilibrium magnetic field does not lie in the lower hybrid surface. As a result, cold lower hybrid waves are reflected there rather than encountering a resonance. For high temperatures, however, mode conversion occurs before the wave can bounce. © 1979 American Institute of Physics.
