摘要：

Norway's real estate market has lately become very attractive for the investments, because of the high quality of life and reasonable government policy. Nevertheless, the tendency of rising house prices seems to be a sign of emerging housing bubble. In this article the author describes main features of housing bubbles as well as analyses the possibility of bubble bursting in Norway's real estate market.
