摘要：

Two female patients developed allergic contact dermatitis after topical application of the trade products Soventol-gel resp. Soventol H-cream. Epicutaneous tests revealed sensitization against those products and the containing antihistamine bamipine. Cross reaction to the antihistamine chlorphenoxamine (in Systral-gelee) was observed in one patient. In literature, topically applied antihistamines are not evaluated as usefully because of possible sensitization, but only a few case reports were published so far which verified dermatitis against antihistamines by patch tests.
