摘要
Fibroblast-like cells, which would be differentiated from mature adipocytes in ''ceiling culture'', could be isolated in primary culture. These cells precipitated, were collected from the bottom of the flask of the ''ceiling culture'' and further proliferated to the confluence. They finally converted to morphologically and biochemically differentiated adipocytes. In these investigations we show how to isolate fibroblast-like cells and to identify these cells as ''preadipocytes''.
