摘要
Methods for the separation of the enantiomers of some important, optically active amines have been developed. Gas-liquid chromatography is used to separate the diastereomers formed by the coupling of the amines to an optically active compound. All separations are achieved on a conventional, optically inactive column. A discussion of reasons for the successes and failures with certain compounds is presented. © 1979, Oxford University Press.
