摘要
This article proposes a method to develop management skills between university students. The article deals with adopting ourselves to teaching methods defined by the European Higher Education, that has designed and developed a workshop of conflict solving through Role playing. The main objective of this assignment is to educate the students about the constructive management of conflicts, knowing that at the same time they would have to develop other skills such as creativity, team worse, negotiating and communication skills. The result was satisfactory, establishing in students a significant improvement in the development of their management skills. In summary, the students were capable of satisfactorily solving problems, observing a clear relationship between the style of using problem solving, circumstances and their personality.
