摘要
The partial and integral enthalpy of mixing of liquid aluminum-lanthanum alloys and the enthalpy of formation and the enthalpy of melting of intermetallic compounds has been measured using different calorimeters. The results are discussed on the basis of the association model and in connection with the good glass-forming ability of these alloys. The association model reproduces correctly the temperature dependence of the partial enthalpy of mixing of lanthanum in liquid aluminum at infinite dilution. The model gives a prediction of the concentration and temperature dependence of the free enthalpy of mixing and the excess specific heat for liquid and undercooled aluminum-lanthanum alloys.
