摘要
Immanuel Kant is a thinker criticized for the way in which he subordinates politics to ethics, and the morality that he prints on the subjects of war and peace. Nevertheless, in spite of the criticisms, Kant always recovers validity in relation to issues like the justice of war, the minimums of humanization of the conflict and the peace projects. This article tries to recover and update some analytical keys of this author that allow to think on war, but also on the possible routes to humanize armed conflicts and think of other ways out, different from human extermination.
