AC HALL-EFFECT IN POLYCRYSTALLINE SYSTEMS

The theory of the AC Hall effect for the systems which consist of randomly oriented crystallites has been developed. It is shown that real values of the dynamical conductivity, Hall conductivity, Hall mobility and Hall constant have the low and high frequency plateaus. The transition to the high frequency plateau occurs in the vicinity of frequency omega0 is similar to tau(M)-1, where tau(M) is the Maxwell relaxation time. The imaginary parts of these values have the sharp peaks at the frequency omega0.
