摘要
The treatment of partial lesions of the supraspinatus tendon should be carried out very differentially. Under consideration of the pathogenesis, severity and clinical symptoms, the treatment ranges from the purely conservative approach to reconstructive therapy. The decision must be made on an individual basis with a partial tear viewed as a preliminary stage of a complete tear. The arthroscopic reconstruction of partial lesions is now an established procedure with very good results but is technically demanding.
