摘要
The results of complex investigations of the thermal characteristics of the water-air flow during cooling of a plate in the 400-1300-degrees-C temperature range are examined. The coefficients of evaporation for different water flowrates in the water-air flow have been determined, and the influence of the surface temperature of the plate, the spraying density of the water-air flow, the air flowrate, and the fineness of the coolant drops on the heat transfer coefficient has been investigated. A regression relationship taking account of the combined influence of the given parameters on this coefficient has been obtained.
