摘要：

The production costs of injection mouldings consists approximately 50% material costs. Reductions are possible when non-visible parts of the product are made of recyclates with mechanical good performance but due to optical faults (e.g. color variations). A new process to use these materials for the moulding's core is the Mono-Sandwich-process. This technique can cut down the production cost in many cases easily by about 25%.
