Physical education in children at risk of asthma due to the effort

Throughout the professional life of a physical education teacher, it is common to find asthmatic children. Nor is it strange to have to face some asthma crisis linked to physical activity. For this reason, there is a need to be informed, in order to take preventive measures when programming physical education activities, or have the right preparation to deal with the situation. To this end, this article analyzes the existing scientific evidence about asthma-related illness, and proposes control measures, adaptations of the didactic units for physical education and protocols for action in the event of a crisis, so that the physical education teacher can better cope with his daily work.
