Quality of the laws:some critical points

The author wonders about the possibilities and limits of improving the quality of the laws and the meaning of the expressions "quality of the legislation" and "quality of the laws". Then, from a sample of studies about the topic, identifies the diagnostic method used, draws a summary of the main problems affecting the quality of the laws and the proposed solutions to overcome them and set them, afterwards, in relation with the areas of study integrating the Theory of the Legislation. The main conclusion is that " the quality of the laws" is associated to consubstantial factors to modern law such as their involvement with the political forces acting in the society, their formal-rational character, their centralized and bureaucratic production and the specialized-technical and quasi-formalized language they use.
