摘要
During the last decade, almost all of the countries of Latin America have faced the transition of their television systems to the digital systems. On the theoretical basis of the political economy of communication, this work analyzes public policies of digital terrestrial television (DTT) in Latin America from a multisectoral perspective, studying the arguments for the standards' choice, the role of lobbies and the impact of decisions from the point of view of industrial policy perspective, telecommunications policies and traditional media policies.
