摘要
Rossby waves over stochastic rough-bottom topography are investigated. In contrast to almost periodic topography such relief can't support the propagation of low-frequency largescale topographic oscillations. Numerical analysis founded on the theory of localization by Anderson is given of the ability of quasigeostrophic waves to transport energy across random topography in dependence on the waves parameters and characteristics of the topography.
