摘要
The simple method of enzyme properties stabilization by addition of water soluble polymers is demonstrated by the case of penicillin acylase. When poly(ethylenimine) is added, the preparation exhibit sactivity up to 41 U/cm3, is stable in time and easy to use in a membrane reactor. Moreover, water soluble polymer increases the efficiency of ultrafiltration separation.
