ZN(II) COMPLEXES OF LARGE RING TETRAAZAMACROCYCLES DERIVED FROM BETA-DIKETONES AND DIAMINOALKANES

摘要：
Binuclear Zn(II) complexes of the type [Zn(2)LCl(4)] (where L = tetraazamacrocycle with 18 to 34-membered ring) have been synthesized by the template condensation of P-diketones such as 2,4-pentanedione, 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione and 1,3-dipheny1-1,3-propanedione with 1, n-diaminoalkanes (where n = 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12). These have been characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductances and IR and 1 H-NMR spectra.
