摘要
The Ti-Te system was investigated using X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis and differential thermal analysis. Thermogravimetric vaporization measurements of TiTe2 were performed to determine the phase boundaries between 67 and 50 at.% Te. Phase relations in the terminal regions Ti-Ti,Te, and TiTe2-Te could be clarified. The compound phases Ti5Te4, Ti3Te4, Ti2Te3, Ti5Te8 and TiTe2 could be distinguished. Based on these data and a critical assessment of the literature a tentative phase diagram is constructed.
