摘要
The unit of analysis presented, does a study of the influence of cybernetics and communication in the circular processes of supervision in social work. The process of educational supervision that we present is based on the systemic epistemology and part of the premise that "a product of a system of individuals is qualitatively different from the sum of what we produce each of these individuals on their own." The article concludes with the importance of the relational accommodation between the supervisor and the supervised and concludes with the three spaces that build the process.
