摘要
This paper is a synthesis of research comparing the two curricula in force at the Higher Institute of Physical Education (ISEF). From the study of a particular case, it aims to realize a more general problem applicable to the University of the Republic (UdelaR). On the one hand the concepts of education, teaching and didactics are developed, pointing out its theoretical and historical boundaries and its various implications. On the other, it briefly enters the debate about the tension between academic and professional, in order to establish what kind of relationship can be identified between the above concepts. Identifying these relationships is what we understand as a novel contribution. Although it requires further study and a deeper analysis, these results allow us to establish a line of work through which pass the Master's thesis in University Education that we are developing.
