摘要：

This article analyses the ways in which the crime of genocide can be attributed to a State triggering its international responsibility. In doing so, the elements that comprise the crime of genocide are studied as well as the rules of attribution of internationally wrongful acts of States. Finally, a specific case solved by the International Court of Justice is analyzed.
