ELEMENTARY EXCITATION IN THE HALDANE STATE

摘要
The Haldane state in NENP:Ni(C2H8N2)2NO2(ClOd4) is investigated by electron spin resonance in the 50 GHz region under the pulsed magnetic field. The observed signal is attributed to the resonance from an elementary excitation in the Haldane gap. The two-spin bound state is proposed as the elementary excitation.
