摘要：
The distillation of fluorine as fluosilicic acid" (Willard-Winter-Tananaev) is discussed in view of new equilibrium investigations: The HF : SiF4 ratio in the solution and the gas phase changes during the distillation. The molar ratio of HF and SiF4 in the destillate depends on the initial fluorine concentration of the solution. © 1969 Springer-Verlag."
