摘要
The R2Fe14-xCuxB compounds with R=Nd or Er, for x≤1.5 crystalline in a tetragonal structure of P42/mnm-type. The Curie temperatures increase by ≈ 9 K when one iron atom is substituted by copper. The saturation magnetization decreases faster than the values predicted by the simple dilution model, evidencing a diminution of the mean iron moment, when increasing the copper content. A variation of the spin reorientation temperatures in Nd2Fe14-xCuxB and Er2Fe14-x CuxB systems is shown. The magnetic behaviour of the studied compounds is analysed in correlation with their crystalline structure. © 1990.
