摘要
Six physical and chemical treatments were used to increase seed germination of Astrophytum capricorne (Dietrich) Britton & Rose, Astrophytum myriostigma (Lemaire), Leuchtenbergia principis (Hooker), Echinocaclus grusonii (Hildmann, Monats) y Echinocactus platyacanthus (Link et Ottol) f. visnaga (Hooker) Bravo. These species are considered endangered. The results were analyzed statisticaly and showed highly significant differences in the response of seeds to treatments. It is possible to induce and increase considerably seed germination of some cactaceae by means of physical and chemical treatments.
