摘要：
Amino acid based medium AA was tested for culture of immature embryos of eight triticale genotypes of different genomic composition. Four media were compared for promotion of somatic embryogenesis. AA medium promoted formation of embryogenic callus and somatic embryoids with all genotypes and was overall significantly better than the other media. Significant differences between genotypes in embryogenic capacity and significant medium x genotype interactions were found.
