Implementing of a management integrated system that impacts positively the organization, to the extent that achieves to remove duplication and reduce costs without compromising quality standards, it presents great challenges for the organization. While models have been generated, methodology for implementation depends on largely on the particular situation of each organization. Thus, the knowledge management can be seen as a possible starting point and basis for implementing successfully on the Management Integrated Systems focusing on detecting, setting up and sharing knowledge.
