摘要
The design philosophy and the assessment method for fatigue life or fatigue-creep life on a cylinder wall with surface cracks are presented in this paper. The criterion for cyclic behaviour is dependent upon the total increment of a depth at which a crack was closed for fatigue failure or fatigue-creep failure, modulus of elasticity and the cyclic stress of an incipient crack.
