摘要：

We describe a structure of an algorithm for modeling and evaluating a dynamically evolving open pit mine. The algorithm is implemented on a decision tree and combines step-by-step optimization and piecewise continuous development of alternatives in a system processing standard configurations (patterns). The system represents the informational environment for description of the engineering process of open pit mining.
