摘要
The innovative system of qualitative-quantitative assessment of criteria of professionalism of interior department's personnel is discussed in the article. Professionalism is a complex professional-psychological formation which provides qualification, competence and efficiency of law enforcement. Therefore definition of professionalism level of subjects of certification and stages of their professional formation requires modification of the certification list content and working out the evidence-based diagnostic estimating criteria.
